Crisis Text Line

Sometimes texting is easier than talking. If you are in crisis and need support, text “MHS” to Crisis Text Line at 741741.

A trained Crisis Counselor will respond. They will work with you to look at your situation. They will help you figure out steps you can take. They will help you create a plan and find resources to help. They will listen without judgment and make sure you know you are not alone.

You can text any time, any hour or day of the week, for free. This service is completely anonymous.

Statewide Food Map

Find food assistance near you!
